Here is my menu and list of treatments with prices. If you need any more information to help with choosing which one is good for you, just get in touch. My massage style is slow and deep, really finding those problem areas. And of course working those “knots out”!

My massages are never hurried and you will always have my full attention and your full time booked. Usually a bit more if your time allows! I will never book back to back appointments so you will always have time to relax afterwards.

I like to work some ASMR ( autonomous sensory meridian response) into all my massages for extra deep relaxation at the end of your treatment this is very light touch down spine, ears, hair / scalp. It’s a sensory medium which really helps the body’s nervous system switch off, leading to a deep state of calm and recovery.

All new clients: please try to arrive at least 10 minutes earlier so we can fill out a medical consultation and discuss what you need from your appointment.

The Four Layer Facial

75 minutes | £70

The premier signature Repêchage facial. Experience layer upon layer of pure fresh sustainably harvested seaweed to help tone, deep cleanse and firm the appearance of the skin dramatically. Enjoy a cool seaweed mask followed by a mineral- rich thermal mask that allows for total relaxation and wow results. Every step of the facial is delivered in a uni dose application which means complete freshness every time.

The Seaweed Treatment

60 minutes | £55

For all skin types. The seaweed facial on the go is the perfect solution to a clean and glowing complexion. A soothing massage with the multi-vitamin C serum is followed by a freshly mixed seaweed mask. Also doubles as a lovely eye treatment for tired eyes as the mask can go right over the eyes.

The Biolight Miracle Facial with Glyco-Sea Glycolic Peel

60 minutes | £60

This facial helps reduce the appearance of dark spots and hyperpigmentation. It brightens and evens dull skin with it’s innovative marine biotechnology. Expect an amazing result combined with the homecare products.

The Red Out Facial - a sea of calm.

60 minutes | £55

Did you know that Ireland has the highest number of Rosacea sufferers? Often called “ the curse of the celts” it seems we are prone to chronically inflamed and irritated skin. Micro silver is an important antibacterial ingredient found in the Red Out facial and along with quercetin, rutin, mirabilis jalapa extract to name a few, it delivers calmer healthier skin.

Express Sheet Mask Facial

40 minutes | £40+

Some of these facials can also be delivered in an express form (40 mins) with sheet masks @£40. Ideal for a top up treatment between your regular longer facials or an add on treatment to a massage. I can also recommend a sheet mask to use at home. And of course the full range of Repêchageat home products I can order in for you - just ask.

Lomi Lomi (rub rub)

Lomi Lomi ( rub rub ) is a Traditional Hawaiian massage - and a spiritual experience. A flowing massage using arms more than hands and more oil than traditional. Breath work and humming are often used to release emotional tension. Leave with a restored chi or prana flowing through your body.

The Repêchage® FUSION™ Matcha Lemongrass DEEP CLEANSE Face & Body Sugar Scrub smooths and exfoliates with Matcha Green Tea, Lemongrass, Aloe, a Multi-Fruit AHA Complex and Seaweed extracts to reveal skin that looks and feels rejuvenated and refreshed. This new fusion exfoliating formula is actively massaged into your body. You are then wrapped in a Mylar sheet, followed by the Deluxe Thermal Blanket which heats your body making this a deeply relaxing and therapeutic treatment. The laminara lift sheet mask is applied to the face while the body is cocooned. Warm towels are used to rub the exfoliation away revealing super soft radiant skin. The Repechage seaweed body cream is then massaged all over body to complete this luxurious treatment.

A little about my chosen brand of products here at Knots Out wellness studio - Repêchage. A French word meaning “ a second chance”. Born in the USA in 1980, the seaweed is sustainably harvested off the coast of Maine. I first discovered Repêchage professional products when I came back to Dublin from London working in different salons and with many different big brands, I chose Repêchage when I opened my own salon in Dublin simply because it always delivered great results and is a product I truly believe in.

Lydia Sarfati the CEO and founder discovered the renewing powers of sea water and seaweed and pioneered a holistic approach to wellness and skincare. Dedicated to advanced education we are always learning with Lydia and her family run business. Her hands on knowledge and understanding of aesthetics is next to none. She is also president of CIDESCO USA section, the worlds most respected international beauty therapy association. A badge I am proud to have earned all the way back in 1995!

At the start of this year I was lucky enough to meet Lydia and her team in person and attend a Repêchage conference in London. I hope to go on to study advanced Oncology Esthetics in the near future through the post graduate skin care academy.
